    WHEREAS Shri/Smti S/o Circle District  has applied for issue of possession Certificate in respect of land measuring Sq. Mtrs. located at as described below.

        In the North

        In the South

        In the West

        In the East 

(N.B. Name of the person holding land land in the above boundaries )   

AND WHEREAS  the (desination of the Administrative authority ) inspected the area on in presence of the following :-

2. Shri  (Gram Panchayat Member)

3.  Shri (Anchal Samiti Member)

4.  Shri (Person applying for certificate)

5.  Shri (Person holding land in the North)

6. Shri ( Person holding land in the South )

7.  Shri ( Person holding land in the East )

8.   Shri ( Person holding land in the West )

 AND THEREFORE, a notice is hereby issued for general information of the public of the locality, and, in case any person has any objection to the issue of said possession Certificate in favour of Shri S/o in respect of the land described above he/they may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 (Fifteen days) from the date of issue of this notice.

    AND if no written objection is received within the above specified period it will be deemed that Shri S/o is the sole owner of the land described above.
