HELP: A scheme for providing Books to the meritorious students of class XII and onwards

 It has been seen that a lot of meritorious students are facing difficulties in completing their study and in pursuing their careers due to want of course materials and competition materials. To overcome this situation, the District Administration, Papumpare has devised a scheme named HELP.

HELP will be available to the students of class XII and higher classes. The student must be a product of educational institutions of  Papumpare district Those students preparing for competitions will also be eligible. Books upto Rs. 1,500/-  will be provided to each selected student as per his/her choice.

HELP will be an annual scheme.

HELP will select twenty such students on the basis of their past

performance and viva-voice  in the month of December, 2002.

Selection will be done by a committee headed by DC, Papumpare.

Any student who wish to avail of this benefit may apply on a plain paper with his/her bio-data, income certificate, certificate from the head of the present Educational Institution and two pass port size photographs. The students may also specify the name of the books which they would like to have after selection.

The last date of submitting the applications will be 9th December, 2002 to DC, Papumpare.
