2.         Sector/Ward Education Committee (for urban areas)

i)                Head of the school – Member Secretary

ii)                Representative from teachers, guardians, NGO, Educationalist and Social activities, Public – 8         Members.

3.         Circle Education Committee

i)                     Respective EAC or Circle Officer – Chairman

ii)                   Principal of HS school or Headmaster of Sec. school – Member Secretary

iii)                  Representative from ZPM/Vice President, ASM, GB teachers, ADEO, Educationalist & Social       activities - 8 Members

4.         Sub-Division Education Committee at Sagalee

i)                     SDO Sagalee- Chairman

ii)                   Principal HSS Sagalee – Member Secretary

iii)                  All Circle Officers and one experienced teacher as member–5 Members

5.         Committee for Cluster Resource Centre

i)         Head of the School-Chairman

ii)       One teacher- Member Secretary

iii)      Three teachers from various school – Member

6.      Committee for Block Resource Centre

i)         SDO Sagalee and EAC Naharlagun –Chairman of respective Block Resource Centre.

ii)       Principal Sagalee HSS and Headmaster of Polo Colony Sec. School as Member Secretary

iii)      Teacher representative from various schools, educationalist, social activities, ADEO – 5 Members
