14th National Voters Day was celebrated at State Banquet Hall,Itanagar.
Ld.Chief Secretary Shri Dharmendra,IAS attended in the event as the Chief Guest.
Host of senior officers of the State Government attended the event.
State Icons Tengam Celine Koyu ,Mari Game(Transgender) and Thupten Tsering(PWD) also participated in the program and shared their views on ethical and inclusive voting.
Dedicated Booth level officers were felicitated by the Ld.Chief Secretary. Prizes for the winners of various literary events conducted under SVEEP were also distributed by the LD. CS on the occasion.
EPIC cards were handed over to five newly registered voters on the occasion.
Cultural presentation by Zion nursing institute, Donyi Polo Mission school for Hearing and Visually impaired and Nehru Yuva Kendra were the other highlights of the event.
